New Discoveries

In the first two weeks of the EdTech 501 course I realized how much new information was flooding my brain.  This page will be a way for me to organize all of the different tools, software, applications, etc. that I am being introduced to for the first time.  They are categorized in a way that makes the most sense for my learning needs and will be updated throughout the learning process.

1.  Diigo – I’ve used Diigo once before in a graduate class in 2008, but we didn’t use it extensively.  We were introduced to it and that was about it.

2.  Wordpress – I have never used WordPress before, but the more I surf the web the more I notice websites that were created using WordPress

3. Concept mapping applications
Mindly
Total Recall
SimpleMind

4. Google
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Google Forms

5. Haiku Deck – first time I’ve ever used anything like it
